‘Care + Play: All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace’ — Register for the workshop now!

This workshop will help participants consider critical issues of care, trust, and privacy in relation to sensing technologies in domestic and urban settings. By means of card-based speculative design methods, participants will role play and investigate future interactions between sensing technologies, care receivers, and the care networks around them from the perspective of the affected. 

The workshop is informed by the work of the DCODE Prototeams. Prototeams are a unique DCODE feature, in which PhD researchers from various backgrounds work together in real-world contexts to prototype future design competencies and professional practices. Associated Partners involved are ACRC, AMS, and Clearbox AI.
